The TDP system allows our clients to efficiently organize and fully access all company plans, records, drawings, and documents. Not only is the need for document storage space drastically reduced, but the information contained within those documents is presented in a way that is more accessible than ever before.

All of TDP’s paperless solutions rely upon the Adobe Acrobat platform. This software converts documents from any source into a Portable Document Format (PDF) file. Once converted, the PDF file can be viewed on any computer exactly as the author designed it, regardless of whether that computer contains the same software or fonts used to create the file.

A TDP representative will visit your site, complete an inventory of your existing company documents, and establish a format for your system. We will customize the introductory and bookmark screens so that they are both functional and consistent with your existing logos, designs, and color schemes.

When the initial platform is completed, the documents will be indexed and converted into Adobe Acrobat. Your staff will then use this platform as the primary storage location for your company documents. The file can be located on your Intranet and made available to anyone with the proper authorization.

We will train members of your staff in the archiving process so that not only will they speed completion of the project, but they will also thoroughly learn the TDP system.
